Who am I?
Just your average working man who loves his family, but also enjoys brewing beer. I started brewing in December 2013 and since then I have brewed a lot of great beer and even some award winning creations along the way. I got lucky creating an IPA I call the Hip-"HOP"-opotomus which was good enough to compete in the 2017 Great American beer festival in the Pro-am category. I love the creativity and science behind brewing and believe if you're going to drink a beer, it should be a great one. Even though I don't brew to win awards and medals, its nice to be recognized for the hard work and dedication that go into creating something special.
